The wonders of winter
Why do I love winter? Because I don’t have to move or travel to go to an entirely different country. Every thing’s different. Winter is clear, crisp, and dry—sort of like May in New Mexico without the dust, the wind, or the scorpions, centipedes, tarantulas, rattlesnakes, et al.
The shapes of the hills become beautifully visible through the black and gray tracery of the trunks and branches of the trees.
I get white lawns of gorgeous curves—much like the fields in the summer with the crops but so different and so much more beautiful.
