Once you have received your quote, the normal procedure is to pay 50% down. This is normally non-refundable to cover time already spent and materials. If you expect a refund, you need to make sure to contact us and cancel before we start work. The remainder is due upon completion. Any other arrangement must be made in writing prior to job acceptance

If you are ever late with your payment, we will no longer do business with you.

We are a small business working on the basis of trust. If we violate your trust we will make it good. On the other hand, we truly can't afford to work with untrustworthy clients.
